At GREEN FOOD'S, we always strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

To ensure transparency and trust, we have designed a clear and customer-friendly Return and Exchange Policy.

🔹 Eligible Conditions for Return or Exchange:

You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances —

1. The product fails to meet quality standards, such as:

   
   

   • Damaged product

   • Manufacturing defects

   • Wrong size or fitting issue

     
     

2. GREEN FOOD'S delivers the wrong product.

3. The product is lost during shipping.

4. Any technical error or incorrect order placement.

🔹 How to Request an Exchange or Return:

🔹 Refund Policy:

1. Please check the product carefully before accepting it from the delivery person.

   
   

   • If you find any issue or dislike the product, inform the delivery agent immediately and request a return (delivery charge must be paid).

     
     

2. If you discover any issue after receiving the product, inform us within 72 hours and send a clear photo of the problem.

   
   

3. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via bKash or Nagad, after we receive the returned product.

   
   

4. For returns, customers must bear the return delivery cost, unless the item is defective or damaged.

   
   

🔹 Additional Notes:

1. Returned or exchanged products must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

   
   

2. Products that are damaged, used, or missing receipts/tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.

   
   

3. GREEN FOOD'S reserves full rights to decide whether a product qualifies for return or exchange.

   
   

4. The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original invoice.

   
   

5. For customers within Dhaka, returns must be made in presence of the delivery agent, and the delivery charge must be paid.

   
   

6. Products sold under offers or discounts cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

   
   

7. Product colors and designs may slightly differ due to screen variations.

🔁 রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড নীতি (বাংলা)

GREEN FOOD'S সর্বদা গ্রাহকের পূর্ণ সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনের লক্ষ্যে কাজ করে।

এই লক্ষ্যে আমরা গ্রাহকবান্ধব একটি রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি প্রণয়ন করেছি, যাতে আপনি নিশ্চিন্তে আমাদের সেবা নিতে পারেন।

🔹 যে পরিস্থিতিতে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে:

১. পণ্য মানসম্মত না হলে, যেমন –

• সরাসরি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ বা ভাঙা পণ্য

• ত্রুটিযুক্ত (Defective) পণ্য

• সাইজ বা ফিটিং সমস্যা

  
  ২. GREEN FOOD'S ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ করলে

  ৩. শিপিং চলাকালে পণ্য হারিয়ে গেলে

  ৪. প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে ভুল অর্ডার হলে

🔹 এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিটার্ন করার নিয়ম:

১. আপনি যদি পণ্যের বিষয়ে কোনও সমস্যা পান, তাহলে পণ্য গ্রহণের ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে যোগাযোগ করুন –

• ২. যদি ফোনে যোগাযোগ সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে নিচের ঠিকানায় পণ্য পাঠাতে পারেন –

🔹 রিফান্ড নীতি:

১. পণ্য গ্রহণের আগে ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করুন।

• পণ্য পছন্দ না হলে বা ত্রুটি থাকলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে রিটার্ন করতে পারেন (ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে)।

  
  ২. পণ্য গ্রহণের পর যদি সমস্যা ধরা পড়ে, তাহলে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে এবং সমস্যা–সংক্রান্ত স্থানের স্পষ্ট ছবি পাঠাতে হবে।

  
  ৩. আমরা পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে বিকাশ/নগদের মাধ্যমে টাকার রিফান্ড করব।

  
  ৪. রিটার্ন করতে চাইলে কাস্টমারকে নিজ দায়িত্বে পণ্য পাঠাতে হবে এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ বহন করতে হবে (যদি পণ্য ত্রুটিযুক্ত না হয়)।

  
  

🔹 অতিরিক্ত তথ্য:

১. রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, ধোওয়া-মুক্ত, ট্যাগ ও প্যাকেজিংসহ হতে হবে।

২. যে পণ্য খোলা, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা রসিদবিহীন, তা গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

৩. পণ্য রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের যোগ্যতা নির্ধারণের সম্পূর্ণ অধিকার গ্রীন ফুডস্ - এর।

৪. এক্সচেঞ্জ পণ্য অবশ্যই মূল চালানের সমান বা তার চেয়ে বেশি দামের হতে হবে।

৫. ঢাকার ভেতরে রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হবে এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

৬. অফার বা ডিসকাউন্টে বিক্রিত পণ্য শুধুমাত্র ত্রুটিযুক্ত হলে রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে।

৭. রঙ ও ডিজাইনে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে মনিটরের রেজোলিউশন ভেদে।
